How to use

To use the InLine cable coupler, prepare your 3-wire cable by stripping the outer insulation to fit the internal terminals. Insert the cable through the M20 threaded sealing cap into the connector housing. Connect the individual wires securely to the 3-pin contacts. Ensure the silicone seal is correctly positioned to maintain the waterproof rating. Tighten the screw cap firmly to lock the cable in place, and use the snap-lock mechanism to connect the plug and socket components together securely.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your cable diameter falls within the 4 mm to 14 mm range.
• Check that your conductor cross-section does not exceed 6 mm².
• Ensure your electrical load requirements are within the 500 V and 20 A limits.
• Confirm whether a detachable 3-pin IP68 connection is required for your specific application.

Usage recommendations

For optimal safety and longevity, always ensure that the screw caps and silicone seals are tightened correctly during installation to maintain the IP68 waterproof rating. Periodically inspect the gold-plated contacts and housing for any signs of wear if the connector is used in frequent mobile disconnection cycles.
