InLine Desktop Consolidation Point Box for 4x Keystone RJ45 metal light grey RAL7035 DIN-rail mounting

The InLine Desktop Consolidation Point Box for 4x Keystone RJ45 metal light grey RAL7035 DIN-rail mounting is a specialized housing unit engineered for organizing and consolidating network connections within structured cabling systems, office environments, and telecommunication setups. Manufactured from durable SPCC steel with a plastic powder-clad surface treatment and an IP20 connection class, this robust enclosure features a two-stage interior design that positions inserted modules flush with the front panel. It provides a reliable and organized method for managing network infrastructure while blending into standard professional environments through its light grey RAL7035 finish.

Advantages

The unit offers exceptional installation flexibility by supporting both direct mounting and DIN-rail mounting using the included bracket, allowing the housing to be securely attached without requiring disassembly during installation. Its robust SPCC metal construction ensures long-term durability in fixed installations, while the integrated cable management system—featuring rear cable clamps and cable tie fastening—facilitates orderly and secure cable routing. The two-stage design guarantees a clean aesthetic with flush-mounted modules, and the inclusion of a reserved ground wire connection screw enhances electrical safety in professional deployments.

Suitable for

• Organizing network connections in office environments and structured cabling systems
• Integrating into telecommunication setups and electrical distribution systems
• Deployments requiring DIN-rail mounting or desktop consolidation points
• Installations utilizing up to four RJ45 Keystone modules

When it may not be suitable

This consolidation point box is not designed for outdoor use due to its indoor protection rating and lacks water resistance. Additionally, it may not be appropriate if the installation requires more than four Keystone modules or if pre-terminated modules cannot fit within the specified dimensions.

Key specifications

How to use

Begin by securing the metal housing to the desired location using either direct mounting or the provided DIN-rail bracket. Open the enclosure to access the interior and install up to four compatible RJ45 Keystone modules into the standard front cut-out slots, noting that modules are not included and must be sourced separately. Route the incoming and outgoing network cables through the rear cable clamps, secure them firmly using cable ties for strain relief, and attach a ground wire to the reserved grounding screw if required. Close the housing securely once all connections are established and verified.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your setup requires no more than four Keystone RJ45 modules
• Confirm compatibility with DIN-rail mounting or available surface space measuring at least 88 x 113 x 45 mm
• Note that RJ45 Keystone modules are not included and must be purchased separately
• Check that the operating environment meets the IP20 rating and temperature range requirements

Usage recommendations: Install the unit in a clean, dry indoor environment within the specified operating temperature range of -40 to +70 °C. Always ensure proper grounding using the reserved connection screw to maintain electrical safety standards during continuous operation.
