The InLine 76660S is an internal PCI Express adapter that provides one M.2 slot (Key M) for installing an NVMe SSD. How to use

Power down the PC and unplug it from mains. Install the adapter into a free PCIe slot (x1, x4, x8 or x16) on the motherboard. Fit a compatible NVMe M.2 SSD (Key M) into the M.2 slot and secure it with the supplied screw and heat conduction pad if required.
