InstalPlast PVC drainage pipe, 110 mm diameter and 1000 mm length, designed for underground gravity drainage and sewer systems. Made of rigid PVC-U, the pipe is intended for non-pressurized wastewater conveyance with pH 2–12 and temperatures up to +40°C (short-term up to +60°C). The smooth orange-brown surface resists scale and sediment build-up. The pipe is manufactured to stiffness class SN4, suitable for installation beneath roads, in embankments, culverts and other civil engineering drainage applications.

How to use

Place pipes in a prepared trench on a stable bedding according to local installation standards and project specifications. Join pipes using the socket with the siliconized rubber seal, ensuring sockets and spigots are clean and the seal is correctly seated. Align and assemble sections by pushing the spigot into the socket until the joint is complete. Backfill and compact in layers so that pipe alignment and stiffness class requirements are maintained.

Usage recommendations

Follow applicable national and local standards for trenching, bedding, backfilling and traffic load considerations. Do not expose the pipe to sustained temperatures above +40°C.
