The INSYS icom Data Suite Essential App turns compatible routers into multipurpose gateways for protocol conversion, data logging and basic IoT functions. Install the application on an INSYS icom router to capture, process and forward operational data at the network edge without programming. The app supports cloud connectivity and local data storage to enable remote monitoring, alerting and simple device control while keeping data volumes and transmission costs low.

The icom Data Suite provides a multiprotocol environment that converts and links industrial control systems, sensors and controllers (OPC UA, Modbus, Siemens, IEC 60870 and others). Edge computing lets you preprocess data on the device to reduce bandwidth and storage needs, while pre-integrated cloud connectors or generic MQTT forwarding simplify cloud integration.
