Intel Core Ultra 5 235 is a desktop processor in box format that combines 14 64-bit cores, 24 MB Smart Cache and boost frequencies up to 5 GHz. It is designed for LGA 1851 (Socket V1) motherboards and supports dual-channel DDR5 memory up to 192 GB. The processor includes integrated Intel Graphics and an NPU (Intel AI Boost) providing up to 27 TOPS for accelerated AI workloads, and supports DirectML, OpenVINO, Windows ML and ONNX Runtime for AI and machine learning tasks.
The Intel Core Ultra 5 235 delivers multi-core performance across desktop workloads, on-board graphics for display output without a discrete GPU, and hardware acceleration for AI tasks via the integrated NPU. Support for DDR5 memory and PCIe 4.0/5.0 enables higher memory bandwidth and modern peripheral connectivity. Boxed delivery includes the processor in standard retail packaging.
Install the processor into a compatible LGA 1851 (Socket V1) motherboard following the motherboard and processor manufacturer instructions. Use a compatible DDR5 dual-channel memory kit and a suitable CPU cooler rated for the processor's thermal characteristics.
