How to use

Select an appropriate weight to start: begin with the light option (approximately 28 g) and wear for short sessions — up to 15 minutes while moving around — until you can retain it comfortably. Insert the ball like a tampon using a small amount of water-based lubricant for easier insertion. As retention improves, proceed to a heavier option (approximately 50 g) and repeat short regular sessions. Wear during daily activities to allow internal rotations to stimulate pelvic contractions; when you can retain the heavier option without effort, you have achieved stronger pelvic floor control.

Usage recommendations

Use only water-based lubricants with the silicone balls. Clean each ball before and after use with warm water and neutral soap. Store the balls in a dust-free place away from direct sunlight, high temperatures and contact with toys made from other materials (TPR, PVC jelly, oils or silicone-based products). Avoid silicone-based lubricants, oils or creams as these can degrade silicone.
