Internal WLAN Card Inter-Tech DMG-32 650 Mbit/s
Internal WLAN Card Inter-Tech DMG-32 650 Mbit/s
The Inter-Tech DMG-32 internal WLAN card provides dual-band wireless connectivity for desktop PCs, supporting Wi‑Fi 5 (802.11ac) and legacy 802.11a/b/g/n standards. Designed to plug into a free PCI Express x1 slot, the card delivers a combined maximum data transfer rate of up to 650 Mbit/s across the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. The model features two external 2 dBi antennas and a black-and-silver finish that integrates with typical PC interiors.
The DMG-32 offers dual-band operation to reduce interference and improve throughput in crowded wireless environments. Compatibility with Wi‑Fi 5 (802.11ac) and earlier standards ensures connection to a wide range of routers and access points. A PCI Express interface provides a stable, low-latency link to desktop systems, while the included external antennas enhance signal reach and sustained data transmission over distance. The compact, internal form factor keeps the solution unobtrusive inside the chassis.
Power off the desktop PC and unplug it from the mains. Open the case, locate a free PCI Express x1 slot and insert the Inter-Tech DMG-32 card firmly into the slot. Secure the card to the chassis and attach the two external antennas to the card’s antenna connectors. Close the case and power on the system. Install the appropriate drivers if required by the operating system, then scan for available networks and configure the connection using your router’s SSID and security credentials.
For optimal performance place the desktop in a location with minimal large obstructions and point antennas for the best line-of-sight to the router. Use the 5 GHz band for higher throughput and lower interference when close to the access point, and the 2.4 GHz band for improved range when farther away. Ensure your router supports the same wireless standards to achieve maximum data rates.
