Cardboard Document Folder with Elastic Closure A4+ INTERDRUK TEGUFLUON, Blue

The Cardboard Document Folder with Elastic Closure A4+ INTERDRUK TEGUFLUON in blue is a rigid single-compartment folder designed to hold A4+ documents securely. Constructed from sturdy cardboard, it protects papers from bending and light damage during transport and storage. The elastic closure keeps contents contained while allowing quick access, and the slim profile makes it suitable for filing, carrying in a bag, or storing on a shelf.

Advantages

This document folder combines rigid cardboard construction with an elastic fastener to provide stable protection and reliable closure without adding bulk. The single-compartment layout accommodates stacks of loose sheets, reports, or booklets and maintains a flat presentation for documents. Its A4+ format fits slightly oversized papers and printed materials that extend beyond standard A4, while the blue finish offers a neutral, professional appearance suitable for office, school, or home environments.

Suitable for

• Organising correspondence, reports and loose sheets
• Transporting documents between home, office and school
• Temporary storage of project files and presentations
• Protecting printed materials from folding and light wear

Key specifications

• Format compatibility: A4+ (slightly larger than standard A4)
• Construction: rigid cardboard single compartment
• Closure type: elastic band closure
• Colour: blue
• Capacity: suitable for a moderate stack of loose sheets or reports
• Intended use: transport, filing and short-term storage of documents

How to use

Place your papers inside the single compartment so they lie flat against the folder backing. Hold the folder closed by stretching the elastic band over the folder corner or designated fastening point to secure the contents. For transport, position the folder in a bag or briefcase with the elastic facing outward to avoid accidental opening. When filing, insert the folder upright on a shelf or inside a document drawer to keep papers flat and accessible.

Usage recommendations

To prolong the life of the folder and keep documents neat, avoid overfilling beyond the recommended capacity, store in dry conditions away from direct moisture, and handle by the spine or edges to reduce wear. For long-term archival storage, use acid-free sleeves or boxes in addition to this folder.
