How to use

Insert the smallest trainer (size 1) and retain it by passive or minimal active contraction of the pelvic floor muscles. The recommended daily session is 15 minutes while standing or moving; do not remain seated or at rest. As the trainer descends by its own weight it triggers spontaneous reflex contractions of the pelvic floor muscles, providing targeted physical therapy. Continue daily sessions until you can retain the weight comfortably, then progress to the next size (size 2, then size 3) following the same routine. Total duration to complete all steps varies by individual; typical improvement is seen within 1–4 months when the routine is followed consistently.

Usage recommendations
