How to use

Begin by inserting INTIMICHIC Pelvis Health I 2.0 into the vagina similarly to a tampon, starting with the device alone (lightest weight). Hold it in place by passive pelvic floor contraction or minimal active contraction and remain standing or moving gently for 15 minutes per session; do not sit or rest. As the device begins to descend by its own weight, a reflex pelvic contraction occurs—this provides a targeted exercise for pelvic muscles. When comfortable with the initial stage, open the protective screw cap and insert the smallest weighted ball included in the pack, then repeat daily 15-minute sessions. Progressively increase the ball weight as retention becomes comfortable. Follow the routine 1–4 months depending on individual response and consult a gynaecologist during therapy.

Usage recommendations
