Mixing Nozzle (NASADKA MIKSUJĄCA) for Invest models 171.200 compatible with series 181, 281, 170
Mixing Nozzle (NASADKA MIKSUJĄCA) for Invest models 171.200 is an accessory designed for compatible Invest dispensing systems and cartridges. It enables inline mixing of two-component materials to deliver a consistent, homogenous output at the nozzle tip. Intended for use with systems referenced as series 181, 281 and 170, the nozzle supports accurate ratio blending and controlled dispensing of sealants, adhesives and other two-part compounds used in repair, assembly and finishing operations.
The mixing nozzle provides reliable static mixing without additional tools, reducing material waste and improving application consistency. Its internal static elements are shaped to promote thorough blending of base and activator components while maintaining a compact, easy-to-handle form factor. The nozzle is suitable for repeated replacement, allowing fast changeover between materials and minimizing downtime during bonding, sealing or structural repairs.
Attach the mixing nozzle to the outlet of a compatible Invest dispensing cartridge or gun according to the dispenser manufacturer's instructions. Ensure cartridges are properly loaded and the correct material ratio has been set before dispensing. Begin dispensing slowly to flush the initial unmixed portion until a uniform color and consistency are achieved, then proceed with the required application speed and bead size. Replace the nozzle when flow becomes uneven or after the job to prevent curing inside the nozzle.
Store unused nozzles in a dry environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For best results, use a fresh nozzle for each new cartridge or material change to avoid cross-contamination and ensure consistent mixing performance.
