Outdoor DVB‑T Antenna Iskra ELIXA — omnidirectional terrestrial TV reception

Iskra ELIXA is an outdoor omnidirectional DVB‑T antenna designed for reliable terrestrial digital TV reception. Built for exterior mounting, the antenna captures DVB‑T broadcasts from multiple directions without the need for frequent reorientation. Its design targets home and small-building installations where stable reception of digital television channels is required across a broad coverage area.

Advantages

The Iskra ELIXA omnidirectional antenna provides uniform signal pickup from all azimuths, reducing the need for manual aiming. Its outdoor construction improves reception compared with indoor alternatives by placing the antenna above common obstacles and interference sources. The antenna is compatible with DVB‑T signals and is intended to integrate with standard coaxial feeds and TV tuners supporting terrestrial digital broadcasting.

Suitable for

• Residential homes seeking improved DVB‑T reception
• Small apartment blocks or multi‑dwelling units requiring a non‑directional outdoor antenna
• Locations with multiple transmitter directions where omnidirectional coverage simplifies installation
• Replacement of older outdoor antennas to achieve more stable digital TV signal

Key specifications

• Reception type: Omnidirectional terrestrial DVB‑T
• Installation: Outdoor mounting for rooftop or wall use
• Compatibility: Works with standard DVB‑T tuners and set‑top boxes
• Signal feed: Standard coaxial connection for TV distribution
• Application: Designed for home and small building digital TV reception

How to use

Mount the antenna outdoors on a suitable mast or wall bracket at a clear, elevated position to minimize obstructions. Connect the antenna output to the television or DVB‑T set‑top box using a coaxial cable; ensure connectors are properly tightened and weatherproofed. After installation, run an automatic channel scan on the TV or tuner to detect available DVB‑T channels. If reception is weak, try adjusting the mounting height or relocating the antenna to a different exterior position while keeping it omnidirectional.

Usage recommendations

Use weather-resistant seals on all outdoor connections and place the antenna above nearby roofs or trees where possible. For multi-room distribution, pair the antenna with a low-loss coaxial cable and, if needed, a suitable outdoor-rated splitter or signal amplifier located near the antenna feed to maintain signal quality.
