The IT-BUDGET 19" Server Rack Cabinet SRK 42U (600x1000 mm) is a pre-assembled, black rack enclosure designed for data centres, server rooms and network closets. It accepts 19-inch rack-mount equipment up to 42U and combines a choice of front sight glass or full-metal door with a solid rear door to protect installed servers, switches and patch panels. The cabinet includes four active cooling fans, an integrated PDU and fitted shelves to support typical server and network configurations while providing basic cable routing and airflow management.
The cabinet arrives pre-assembled, reducing installation time and effort on site. Integrated cooling with four active fans helps maintain airflow for mounted equipment while the built-in PDU offers immediate power distribution for rack devices. The option of a glass front or full-metal door gives a balance between equipment visibility and physical security. Fitted shelves and 42U capacity provide flexible support for servers and network hardware in a compact 600x1000 mm footprint.
This cabinet is designed for standard 19" rack equipment and typical data-centre layouts; it may not suit specialised hardware that requires non-standard mounting depths, unusual ventilation patterns, or seismic bracing. Very large, high-density deployments that demand advanced cooling, redundant power distribution or custom cabling infrastructure may require a different cabinet model or supplementary equipment.
Position the pre-assembled cabinet on a level surface in the intended equipment room, allowing clearance for ventilation and service access at the front and rear. Lock the cabinet doors and secure any caster or levelling feet as required. Mount 19" equipment into the rack using standard threaded or square-hole cage nuts and rack screws, placing heavier devices towards the bottom to maintain stability. Connect equipment to the integrated PDU for power distribution and route network and power cabling through the cabinet openings to maintain orderly cable management. Monitor fan operation and equipment temperatures after installation to confirm adequate airflow.
For stable operation, install heavier equipment at lower U positions, maintain clear front and rear airflow paths, secure cables with proper management accessories, and periodically inspect fans and the PDU. If your deployment grows, consider additional cooling or redundant power solutions to match higher density requirements.
