Blades are made of 440 stainless steel (5CR15MOV) with a 1.8 mm thickness for consistent cutting performance and corrosion resistance. The two-color ergonomic handle provides a comfortable, secure grip during prolonged use. Compact dimensions and lightweight construction make the knives easy to handle and store.
Use the paring knife for precise tasks such as peeling, trimming and creating garnishes. Use the Santoku knife for general chopping, slicing and dicing of vegetables, fish and boneless meats. Hold the ergonomic handle firmly and use appropriate cutting boards to protect the blade. Rinse and dry each knife after use if washing by hand.
