Set of three Jata HREC4204 rectangular food storage containers with capacities of 500 ml, 800 ml and 1,500 ml. Each container has a borosilicate glass body and comes with a lid featuring a vacuum function and a welded silicone gasket to ensure tightness. The set is BPA-free and designed to preserve food hygienically while preventing transfer of odours and flavours.

Advantages

Borosilicate glass construction offers thermal resistance and does not retain stains or odours. The vacuum-capable lids with welded silicone gaskets provide a hermetic seal suitable for both solids and liquids. How to use

Fill the chosen container with the prepared food, leaving a small headspace for expansion if freezing liquids. Close the lid and engage the vacuum function according to the lid mechanism instructions to obtain a hermetic seal. For reheating, remove the lid when using the oven or when placing in the dishwasher. Use the microwave with the lid only if the lid instructions permit venting or vacuum release first.

Usage recommendations

Allow hot liquids to cool slightly before sealing to avoid pressure build-up. Do not use lids in the oven. To prolong gasket life, wash lids by hand and inspect the welded silicone gasket regularly for damage. Avoid sudden temperature shocks (for example, moving directly from freezer to hot oven) to protect the glass.
