Optical CD-R discs JVC 700MB 52x spindle 50-pack (JVC50)

Pack of 50 JVC CD-R recordable optical discs offering 700 MB of storage and a maximum write speed of 52×. Supplied on a spindle for compact storage and straightforward handling, these CD-Rs are designed for recording audio tracks, saving data backups, distributing software or creating archives. The discs are compatible with standard CD-R drives and support single-session or multisession recording depending on the drive used.

Advantages

The discs combine a widely supported 700 MB capacity with a high 52× write speed to reduce burn times while maintaining compatibility with most CD-R drives and players. The spindle packaging protects the media during transport and keeps discs organised for easy access. Single-session and multisession recording flexibility makes the media suitable for both one-off projects and incremental data writing.

Suitable for

• Audio CD creation and distribution
• Data backup and transfer
• Software distribution and installation media
• Archival storage of documents, photos and project files

Key specifications

• Optical disc type: CD-R (recordable)
• Nominal capacity: 700 MB / 80 minutes (audio)
• Maximum write speed: 52×
• Quantity: 50 discs on a spindle
• Packaging: spindle for stacked storage and protection
• Recording modes: single-session and multisession (drive-dependent)

How to use

Place the disc spindle on a stable surface, lift the protective cover and take a CD-R from the stack. Insert the disc into a compatible CD writer or drive, select a suitable burning application and choose the desired recording mode (single-session for finalised discs or multisession if you plan to add data later). Set the write speed according to your drive’s recommendations to balance recording time and reliability, then start the burn process following your software prompts. After writing, finalise the disc if required by your intended playback devices.

Usage recommendations

Store discs vertically on the spindle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong magnetic fields. Use moderate write speeds if long-term readability is a priority and verify critical burns after writing. Handle discs by the edges to avoid fingerprints on the recorded surface.
