How to use

Install two 1.5 V C-size batteries in the battery compartment according to the polarity markings. Place a framed slide or an uncut film strip in its protective sleeve into the viewing slot, align the image with the lens, and switch the unit on. Adjust the position of the slide within the holder until the projected image appears sharp within the viewing area. Replace the lamp with an appropriate 2.5 V, 0.3 A E10 bulb when illumination diminishes.

Usage recommendations

For optimal viewing, use fresh batteries and allow the lamp to warm for a few seconds before inspecting image details. Handle slides and film strips by the edges or within protective sleeves to avoid fingerprints. Store the unit in a dry place when not in use and carry spare lamps and batteries for extended portable use.
