Kanlux FLOWLITE LED Floodlight 3W 300lm 4000K with PIR Motion Sensor IP65 Black

The Kanlux FLOWLITE LED floodlight is a compact and efficient lighting solution designed for outdoor environments. With a power output of 3W and a luminous flux of 300 lumens, this fixture provides clear, neutral white light at a 4000K color temperature. The integrated PIR motion sensor ensures that the light activates automatically when movement is detected, offering both convenience and energy efficiency. Its robust IP65-rated construction makes it highly resistant to dust and moisture, ensuring reliable performance in various weather conditions.

Advantages

This floodlight stands out due to its energy-efficient LED technology, which significantly reduces power consumption compared to traditional lighting sources. The inclusion of a PIR motion sensor adds a layer of security and automation, as the light only operates when needed. Its compact design allows for discreet installation in tight spaces, while the durable housing ensures long-term reliability in outdoor settings. The neutral white light output provides excellent visibility for safety and navigation around the property.

Suitable for

• Illuminating home entrances and doorways
• Lighting up garden pathways and walkways
• Enhancing security in small outdoor zones
• Providing automated lighting for garages or sheds

This floodlight may not be suitable for lighting large areas such as expansive driveways or large backyards due to its limited 3W power output. It is also not intended for indoor use where high-intensity ambient lighting is required, as its primary design focus is on localized, motion-activated outdoor illumination.

Key specifications

• Power: 3W
• Luminous flux: 300 lumens
• Color temperature: 4000K (neutral white)
• Sensor type: PIR motion sensor
• Ingress protection: IP65
• Color: Black

How to use

Installation should be performed by a qualified individual following standard electrical safety procedures. The unit is designed to be mounted on a wall or a stable vertical surface. Once installed, the PIR sensor can typically be adjusted to detect movement within its specified range. Ensure the sensor lens is kept clean and free from obstructions to maintain optimal detection performance. The light will automatically turn on when motion is detected and switch off after a predetermined period of inactivity.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify the mounting location has access to a power supply
• Ensure the detection range of the PIR sensor meets your specific needs
• Confirm the light output is sufficient for the intended area size
• Check that the wall surface is suitable for secure mounting

Usage recommendations: For the best results, position the floodlight at a height that maximizes the PIR sensor's field of view while avoiding direct interference from moving tree branches or other external factors that could trigger false activations.
