Key specifications

• Includes a specialized pizza peel for transfer tasks
• Includes a sharp pizza cutter for slicing
• Designed for home cooking and pizza preparation

How to use

Lightly dust the pizza peel with flour or cornmeal before placing your stretched dough and toppings on it to prevent sticking. Use a gentle back-and-forth shaking motion to ensure the unbaked pizza slides freely. Position the edge of the peel at the back of the oven stone or baking sheet and pull the peel back smoothly to release the pizza. Once baked, slide the peel underneath the finished pizza to remove it from the heat. Use the sharp cutter by rocking or rolling it firmly across the pizza to divide it into slices.

What to consider before purchase

• Ensure the dimensions of the pizza peel match your oven size and baking surface
• Consider whether manual slicing tools meet your culinary requirements
• Check storage space available in your kitchen for the peel handle and cutter

Usage recommendations: Clean both the pizza peel and cutter thoroughly after each use according to the material requirements, and store them in a dry place to maintain their condition and longevity.
