Mounting Arm Magic Arm with Super Clamp (Crab) 22" for 1/4" & 3/8" fittings — K&F

The K&F Mounting Arm Magic Arm with Super Clamp (Crab) 22" is an articulated support arm for attaching cameras, monitors, lights or microphones to a variety of mounting points. The 22-inch metal arm features multiple joints for precise positioning and works with both 1/4" and 3/8" fittings. The included super clamp secures the arm to poles, tubes, desks or rig elements, enabling flexible placement in photo and video setups while maintaining stable support for accessories.

Advantages

This mounting solution offers a balance of reach and compactness through its 22" articulated arm and a robust locking system that holds position after adjustment. Compatibility with standard 1/4" and 3/8" threads allows use with most camera and accessory hardware without adapters. The super clamp provides a firm grip on a range of surfaces and the metal construction delivers reliable support for small-to-medium weight accessories.

Suitable for

• Attaching small cameras or action cameras to poles, rods or tables
• Mounting on-camera monitors or field monitors for framing and focus checks
• Positioning LED lights or on-camera lights for fill or accent lighting
• Holding microphones, recorders or lightweight accessories in place

Key specifications

• Arm length: 22 inches (articulated)
• Thread compatibility: 1/4" and 3/8" fittings
• Clamp type: adjustable super clamp for round or flat surfaces
• Material: metal construction for durability and stability
• Adjustment: multiple locking joints for precise positioning

How to use

Attach the super clamp to a suitable surface such as a pole, tube, table edge or rig member and tighten the clamp screw until the clamp is secure. Mount the Magic Arm into the clamp’s compatible thread or receiver and position the articulated joints to achieve the desired angle and reach. Secure each joint with its locking mechanism to hold the arm in place, then attach your accessory using the appropriate 1/4" or 3/8" thread. Make final checks for stability and re-tighten connections if necessary before use.

Usage recommendations

Use the arm with accessories within the weight range suitable for its size and metal construction; avoid overloading beyond typical small-to-medium accessory loads. When clamping to thin or slippery surfaces, add protective padding between clamp faces to improve grip and protect the surface. Periodically check and tighten joints and the clamp before extended shoots to maintain safe and stable mounting.
