The Kindermann KLICK & SHOW K-40 Desktop Graphite is a universal wireless presentation system designed for meeting rooms, huddle spaces, classrooms and training rooms. The desktop base unit enables cable-free sharing of audio-visual content from laptops, tablets and smartphones and supports AirPlay, Miracast and Chromecast. Laptop users can use the free Universal PC-Client to mirror their screen, while mobile devices can connect natively or via the free Android app. Optional TOUCH transmitters (USB-A, HDMI, USB-C) provide a plug-and-play alternative for quick sharing and wider device compatibility.

Advantages

KLICK & SHOW K-40 offers cross-platform compatibility across Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS and Android, low-latency Full HD mirroring, and a 4K split-screen output for up to four sources simultaneously. The system supports an interactive Touch-Back function for reverse control from compatible interactive displays and includes whiteboarding and annotation tools. Up to 30 participants can connect using transmitters, the PC-client, native AirPlay/Miracast/Chromecast or the Android app. Security features include WPA2 PSK for Wi‑Fi and an additional encrypted content stream. How to use

Place the K-40 base unit on a desk and connect it to the room’s main display via HDMI. Laptop users can download and launch the Universal PC-Client from the unit or www.KlickandShow.com to join the meeting, or they may use an optional USB-A transmitter together with the PC-client. Mobile devices connect using AirPlay, Miracast, Chromecast or the free Android app. To present via a TOUCH transmitter, plug the chosen transmitter (HDMI, USB-C or USB-A) into the device’s port and touch the built-in sensor button to begin mirroring. Use the moderator function to manage presenters and live preview thumbnails when several transmitters are connected.

Usage recommendations

For best performance, connect the K-40 to the main display with a high-quality HDMI cable, place the unit where external antennas have clear line-of-sight, and use the dual-band Wi‑Fi to separate guest and staff traffic if required.
