How to use

Place the cake ring on a flat tray or baking sheet lined with parchment or acetate strip before assembling layers. For baking, use the ring on a baking tray and remove it only after the cake has cooled sufficiently to retain shape. When assembling chilled or mousse layers, press sponge bases gently into the ring, pipe or spoon creams and mousses, and level each layer with a spatula. Chill or freeze as required by the recipe before releasing the ring by sliding it upward carefully to avoid disturbing the layers.

Usage recommendations
