How to use

Fill the base chamber with water up to the safety valve level, place the filter funnel and fill with medium‑fine ground coffee without tamping, then screw the upper collector onto the base. Place the assembled pot on a compatible hob over medium heat. When the brewed coffee starts to rise into the collector, reduce heat to avoid sputtering and remove from heat when the flow becomes intermittent. Allow to cool briefly before unscrewing to serve and for safe cleaning.

Usage recommendations

Use fresh medium‑fine coffee grounds and clean all parts after each use to maintain flavor and performance. Avoid direct contact of the handle with open flame and follow stove manufacturer instructions for induction safety. Do not overfill the water chamber above the safety valve level.
