This 16GB 288-pin DIMM module runs at an effective 6000MT/s (3000 MHz clock) with a CAS latency of 36 and 1.35 V operation. It incorporates DDR5 innovations such as on-die ECC (ODECC), dual 32-bit subchannels and an on-module PMIC to improve stability, efficiency and power distribution while maintaining a low-profile heat spreader available in black or white.
