This PCIe 5.0 (32 GT/s x4) SSD delivers up to 2,000K IOPS random read and 400K IOPS random write, and achieves a 60–80% increase in sequential read performance versus the previous-generation PCIe 4.0 CD8-V Series. The drive uses KIOXIA BiCS FLASH generation 5 TLC memory, provides 3 DWPD endurance and is available with capacities up to 12.8 TB.
