With a PCIe 5.0 (32 GT/s x4) interface and KIOXIA BiCS FLASH™ generation 5 TLC memory, it provides capacities up to 30.72 TB and endurance rated at 1 DWPD. The drive delivers consistent random read performance up to 2,000K IOPS and random write performance up to 200K IOPS, and offers a 60–80% improvement in sequential read throughput compared with the previous PCIe 4.0 generation.
