KIOXIA CD8P-V Series is a mixed-use data center NVMe SSD in a 2.5" form factor that supports scale-out and cloud applications such as big data/IoT, online transaction processing and virtualization. This CD8P-V model uses a PCIe 5.0 (32 GT/s x4) interface and KIOXIA BiCS FLASH™ generation 5 TLC flash memory to deliver high capacity and endurance in server and workstation environments.

Advantages

The SSD provides consistent high random IOPS performance up to 2,000K (random read) and 400K (random write), offers a 60–80% increase in sequential read throughput compared with the previous PCIe 4.0 generation, and delivers 3 DWPD endurance.
