The KitchenCraft VILDE Carbon Steel Bundt Pan 24.5 cm with Fluted Tube and Granite Coating is a practical and reliable bakeware essential designed for creating traditional ring cakes, brioches, and decorative pastries. Crafted from durable carbon steel, this bundt pan ensures structural integrity and consistent baking results for both everyday home baking and special occasions. The integrated central chimney tube allows for even heat distribution throughout the batter, ensuring that dense cakes and intricate ring pastries bake thoroughly from the inside out. Finished with a specialized non-stick granite coating, this pan facilitates effortless food release and simplifies the cleaning process after use.

Advantages

This bundt pan utilizes robust carbon steel construction that resists warping and provides reliable performance over repeated use. The inclusion of a non-stick granite coating prevents baked goods from sticking to the surface, allowing cakes to retain their detailed fluted shape upon removal. Even heat distribution provided by the carbon steel material and central chimney tube helps eliminate uneven spots, resulting in uniformly baked crusts and textures. Additionally, the smooth surface texture requires less oil or butter for greasing, while the straightforward design ensures easy maintenance and cleaning.

Suitable for

• Baking traditional ring cakes and pound cakes
• Preparing sweet brioches and yeast pastries
• Creating decorative molded desserts for family gatherings
• Everyday home baking projects

When it may not be suitable

This pan is not designed for baking non-ring standard sheet cakes or layer cakes that require flat surfaces. It may also be too large or specialized for users who only bake in very small batches.

Key specifications

• Material: Carbon steel
• Coating: Non-stick granite coating
• Diameter: 24.5 cm
• Design: Fluted tube with central chimney

How to use

Prepare the bundt pan by lightly greasing the interior surfaces with butter or oil, and optionally dusting with flour or cocoa powder to ensure complete non-stick performance. Pour your prepared cake batter evenly around the central tube to maintain balance and promote uniform rising during the baking process. Place the pan in a preheated oven according to your specific recipe instructions, monitoring baking time to avoid over-baking. Once removed from the oven, allow the cake to cool inside the pan for a brief period before gently inverting it onto a wire rack to release.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your oven interior has sufficient space to accommodate a 24.5 cm diameter pan.
• Confirm that your favorite recipes are compatible with fluted tube pan capacities.
• Check storage space availability in your kitchen cabinets for ring-style bakeware.

To maintain the longevity of the non-stick granite coating, wash the pan by hand using mild dish soap and a soft sponge, avoiding abrasive scouring pads and metal utensils.
