Anchor bolt Klimas B-LE-ZN-08075*P4 — metal expansion anchor, model B-LE-ZN-08075*P4
Klimas anchor bolt B-LE-ZN-08075*P4 is a metal expansion (wedge) anchor engineered for fixing fixtures and structural elements in solid substrates such as concrete and natural stone. Finished with a zinc coating, this mechanical anchor expands within a drilled hole to provide a secure, load-bearing connection for rails, brackets, supports and machinery where a reliable mechanical anchoring solution is required.
The zinc finish offers corrosion resistance suitable for many interior and sheltered exterior applications. The wedge expansion design provides predictable mechanical grip in solid substrates and minimizes the need for chemical adhesives or special resins. Designed for straightforward installation, this anchor allows repeatable, high-strength anchoring performance when installed to recommended embedment depths and hole diameters.
Drill a hole in the solid substrate to the specified diameter and depth appropriate for the anchor size. Clean the hole of dust and debris using a brush and compressed air or blowing. Insert the anchor into the hole until the washer or collar is seated against the fixture, then tighten the nut or bolt to the specified torque so the sleeve expands and creates a secure mechanical grip. Verify embedment depth and tightening torque according to load requirements and substrate condition.
Use this anchor only in sound, solid substrates such as concrete or natural stone. Do not use in hollow block or weak masonry without appropriate sleeve or chemical anchoring systems. For exterior or highly corrosive environments consider higher-grade corrosion protection. Follow relevant local standards for drilling, embedment depth and tightening torque to achieve rated performance.
