Drywall Screws Klimas BGD-35035*P100 — self-tapping screws for gypsum board, box of 100
Klimas drywall screws BGD-35035*P100 are self-tapping metal screws designed for fastening gypsum board to metal or wooden studs. Supplied in a box of 100, these screws are intended for interior drywall installation, partition walls and suspended ceilings. The screw geometry and self-tapping tip allow direct insertion into standard metal profiles and wooden frames when using an electric screwdriver or drill with a compatible bit.
These drywall screws provide reliable holding power and consistent thread engagement along the shank, reducing the risk of loose boards. The self-tapping tip eliminates the need for pre-drilling in many metal and wood applications, which speeds up installation. Supplied in a compact box of 100, the pack is convenient for small to medium jobs and helps keep fasteners organized on site.
Select a screwdriver or drill with a compatible PH or TX bit that matches the screw head. Drive the screw perpendicular to the gypsum board surface until the head is flush or slightly recessed, taking care not to over-tighten to avoid damaging the paper face of the board. For metal studs, the self-tapping tip typically cuts through without pre-drilling; for very thick or hardened metal, consider pre-drilling pilot holes. Maintain regular spacing according to the gypsum board and framing manufacturer recommendations.
Store the box in a dry place to prevent corrosion and keep screws sorted by size for efficient access on site. Use a depth-setting attachment or clutch on the drill to achieve consistent countersinking depth and reduce the risk of board damage during installation.
