How to use

Place the grill plate centrally on the selected cooktop. Preheat the plate to the required cooking temperature; when using induction, keep temperature up to 210 °C. Use appropriate utensils for cast iron to avoid damaging the surface. After use, allow the plate to cool before cleaning; wash by hand with warm water and a soft brush or sponge and dry thoroughly to prevent rust.

Usage recommendations

For longest service life, season the cast iron plate periodically with a thin layer of cooking oil and avoid prolonged soaking. When cooking fatty foods on the textured side, tilt slightly to allow fat to drain away from food.
