35mm Black & White Film Kodak T‑Max 100 135, 24 exposures, film for still photography
Kodak T‑Max 100 35mm black-and-white film (135, 24 exposures) is a panchromatic negative film designed for fine-grain imaging and wide tonal range. With ISO 100 sensitivity, this film delivers detailed midtones, smooth gradation and high sharpness when used in standard 35mm cameras. It is suitable for traditional darkroom work and modern scanning workflows and is processed using conventional black-and-white negative chemistry.
This film combines low intrinsic grain and high acutance to produce clean, detailed negatives with natural contrast. ISO 100 speed allows for controlled exposure in daylight and studio conditions while preserving highlights and shadow detail. The 24-exposure 135 cartridge format is compatible with most standard 35mm cameras and offers reliable handling and consistent results across different lenses and camera systems.
Load the 135 cartridge into any standard 35mm camera following the camera manufacturer’s loading procedure. Meter for ISO 100 or adjust exposure according to your shooting conditions; for greater depth of field or longer exposures use appropriate aperture and shutter speed settings. After exposure, process the film in standard black-and-white negative chemistry following the chemical manufacturer’s instructions and time/temperature recommendations. Once developed and dried, negatives can be contact printed, enlarged in the darkroom, or scanned with a film scanner for digital post-processing.
For best results, expose Kodak T‑Max 100 in controlled daylight or studio lighting. Use a tripod for long exposures and a high-quality lens to take full advantage of the film’s fine grain and sharpness. Store unexposed film in a cool, dry place and refrigerate for longer storage; allow refrigerated film to reach room temperature before loading.
