Universal wall plug with screw Koelner/Rawlplug 4ALL 6 x 30 mm, pack 100 pieces
The Universal wall plug with screw Koelner/Rawlplug 4ALL 6 x 30 mm is a 100-piece set intended for general fastening tasks in a variety of common building materials. The kit pairs plastic expansion plugs sized 6 x 30 mm with matched screws to allow straightforward installation in drywall, concrete, brick and masonry. Designed to offer a reliable anchor for light to medium loads, the 4ALL system targets household repairs, fixture mounting and small construction tasks where a compact, all-purpose fixing is required.
The Koelner/Rawlplug 4ALL plug and screw set combines matched components that reduce installation time and simplify selection for different substrates. The plug geometry and material provide controlled expansion and grip in porous and solid bases while the supplied screws are selected to work with the plug dimensions. Supplied in a 100-piece pack, the set is suited to repetitive tasks and small projects where convenience and consistent performance are important.
The 6 x 30 mm plug and screw set is intended for light to medium loads; it is not designed for heavy structural loads, high-shear applications, or hanging very heavy equipment. For thin sheet metal, hollow sections with large cavities, or specialized substrates (e.g. natural stone with fissures, high-density engineered panels), alternative anchors or bespoke fasteners may be more appropriate.
Select the required position and drill a hole with a 6 mm drill bit to the plug length. Clean the hole of dust and debris, insert the plug until it sits flush with the surface, then drive the supplied screw through the fixture into the plug until secure. For drywall, ensure the plug passes through the board and expands correctly; for solid masonry, drill to full depth for proper seating. Avoid over-tightening the screw to prevent plug deformation or loss of holding performance.
Use a correctly sized drill bit and clean the hole before insertion, check seating depth, and tighten screws evenly. For heavier loads or critical fixings, use appropriate specialist anchors or consult technical guidance for load ratings and spacing.
