The Kramer EXT3-TR is a high-performance HDBaseT 3.0 AV transceiver that extends 4K@60Hz (4:4:4) HDMI, USB 2.0, RS-232, and IR signals over twisted-pair copper cable. The unit can be configured as either the transmitter or the receiver: in transmitter mode it converts input signals to an HDBaseT 3.0 stream, and in receiver mode it restores the HDBaseT stream back to the original HDMI, USB, RS-232 and IR interfaces. It supports video extension up to 40 m (130 ft) over CAT copper cables at up to 4K@60Hz (4:4:4) and is designed for professional AV installations requiring long-reach signal distribution.
