The Kramer Electronics KDS-EN7 3840x2160 HDMI Wired is an AV transmitter that encodes and streams 4K@60Hz (4:2:0) HDMI video over Ethernet using copper cabling. The unit carries video and passes through USB (Type‑B), IR, RS‑232 and CEC control signals across an IP network, supports HDMI loop‑through and provides analog audio embedding and de‑embedding. It is powered by 24V DC and supports PoE operation when used with a compatible PoE switch (typical consumption up to 13W).
