VP−424C is a high‑performance digital scaler for HDMI and USB Type‑C signals. The device up‑scales or down‑scales the selected video input and outputs a scaled HDMI signal at resolutions up to 4K@60Hz (4:4:4) with a maximum data rate of 18 Gbps (6 Gbps per graphic channel). The user chooses between the HDMI and USB Type‑C input, and the processed output is sent to the HDMI output.

The VP−424C supports HDMI 2.0 features including CEC and HDCP 2.2/1.4 compatibility, offers input auto‑switching and constant sync on the output even when the input signal is lost, and includes a built‑in ProcAmp for convenient picture adjustments.
