Key specifications

• Material: Enameled cast iron
• Diameter: 28 cm
• Capacity: 5.9 L
• Color: Grey
• Hob compatibility: All types including induction, gas, electric, and ceramic

How to use

Place the casserole pot on a matching hob size and heat it gradually on low to medium settings to prevent thermal shock. Always use oven mitts when handling the pot during or after heating, as the cast iron handles become very hot. When cooking in the oven, ensure the internal temperature aligns with the manufacturer limits of enameled cast iron cookware. Clean the pot with warm soapy water and a soft sponge once it has cooled down completely, avoiding harsh abrasive pads to protect the enamel finish.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your oven interior and stovetop burners can accommodate a 28 cm diameter pot
• Assess whether the weight of cast iron cookware suits your physical handling preferences
• Confirm compatibility with your specific kitchen hob type

Allow the casserole pot to cool naturally before washing, and dry thoroughly after cleaning to maintain its surface quality over years of use.
