Regular seasoning with edible fat preserves the protective layer and prevents sticking and corrosion.
Before first use, wash the pans with warm water and mild detergent, dry thoroughly and season by applying a thin layer of edible fat or oil and heating until polymerized. Use on any cooktop type and in the oven as needed. Preheat the pan gradually to the desired cooking temperature. For best results, maintain a thin layer of fat on the surface while cooking and avoid acidic foods for prolonged periods to protect the seasoning.
Regularly reapply edible fat or oil after cleaning to maintain the seasoning layer; avoid leaving the pans dry for long periods to prevent rust. Clean with warm water and a brush or non-abrasive sponge—avoid aggressive detergents and dishwashers. If rust appears, remove it with a brush, re-season the surface and restore the protective layer.
