How to use

Preheat the carafe with hot water, discard the water, add coarsely ground coffee according to desired strength (about one level serving per 116 ml), pour hot water just off the boil, stir gently and place the plunger assembly on top without pressing. Allow coffee to brew for the recommended time, then press the plunger down evenly to separate grounds from liquid. Rotate the lid to close the spout before pouring.

Usage recommendations

To preserve performance, rinse the fine mesh after each use to remove grounds and residue; replace the spare mesh when the original shows wear. Wash the glass carafe in the dishwasher only, and clean the plunger, filters and frame by hand with mild detergent and warm water.
