How to use

Preheat the carafe with hot water, discard the water, add coarsely ground coffee (about 1 level tablespoon per 125 ml) and pour hot water just off the boil. Stir gently, place the lid with the filter at the top, wait four minutes, then press the hermetic plunger down steadily to separate grounds from brewed coffee.
