Knife Sharpener LAMART LT2093 4-Stage White, Manual/Bench Model
LAMART LT2093 4-Stage White is a manual bench knife sharpener designed to restore, reshape and polish cutting edges for kitchen knives and small tools. The compact unit features guided slots that maintain consistent sharpening angles and a non-slip base for stable use on countertops. Constructed from ABS plastic with a soft-touch finish and stainless steel components, this model provides sequential stages — repair, shaping, sharpening and polishing — to return dull or damaged blades to reliable cutting condition.
The sharpener integrates an abrasive diamond wheel for repairing and straightening damaged blades, a tungsten stainless steel wheel for reshaping the edge into a precise "V" profile, and a ceramic stone for final polishing and removing surface irregularities. A dedicated ceramic section is also suitable for grinding scissors. The soft-touch ABS housing and non-slip base improve handling and safety during use. Maintenance is simple: wipe the housing and wheels with a damp cloth. The bench-style design and guided slots ensure repeatable results without the need for specialized skill.
Place the sharpener on a flat, stable surface and ensure the non-slip base is in contact with the countertop. Start with the diamond repair stage to straighten and remove major nicks by drawing the blade through the slot following the guided angle. Proceed to the tungsten stainless steel stage to re-establish the correct "V" edge profile with several controlled passes. Finish with the ceramic stone stage to polish the edge and even out surface irregularities; use the ceramic scissor section if sharpening scissors. Keep strokes even and apply light, consistent pressure. After sharpening, clean the blade and the sharpener housing with a damp cloth.
Use the sharpening stages in sequence and avoid excessive pressure to prevent removing more material than necessary. Regular light maintenance preserves blade life and yields better cutting performance than infrequent aggressive re-sharpening. Do not attempt to replace the grinding wheels; perform cleaning only with a damp cloth and store the unit in a dry place away from extreme temperatures.
