How to use

Fill the grinder chamber with the prepared fruits or vegetables. Turn the handle clockwise to process the product through the installed disc. To change perforated discs, press the centre rod down evenly and twist to remove it from the holder, then insert the chosen disc and reassemble in reverse order. Clean the unit according to the manufacturer’s instructions and dry thoroughly before storage.

Usage recommendations

For best results, cut fruit and vegetables into pieces that easily fit the feed opening, avoid overloading the chamber, and select the disc size appropriate to the desired texture (2 mm for fine sauces and baby food, 3 mm for soups and purees, 8 mm for pasta and coarse mashes).
