Leitz Solid PP Display Book with 20 Pockets in White

The Leitz Solid PP Display Book with 20 Pockets in White is an efficient office accessory designed for organizing, protecting, and presenting documents. Manufactured from durable polypropylene, this presentation folder includes 20 bound clear pockets securely attached to the spine, providing a reliable way to store paperwork without punching holes. Featuring a clean white exterior with a dual-color effect and a minimalistic grey interior, it combines a professional appearance with everyday practicality for home, school, and office environments.

Advantages

This display book offers excellent document protection by keeping papers clean, uncreased, and safe from dust and moisture. The durable polypropylene material ensures long-lasting everyday use, while the anti-slip and anti-fingerprint embossing maintains a neat exterior look. A convenient spine label allows for quick identification of contents, and the folder is fully compatible with standard storage systems such as Leitz box files, magazine files, and letter trays.

Suitable for

• Presenting reports and project proposals in professional meetings
• Organizing reference materials for school and university studies
• Storing certificates, recipes, and household documents at home
• Archiving frequently used A4 documents securely

When it may not be suitable

This display book may not be suitable if you need to store large volumes of paper exceeding 40 sheets, as each of the 20 pockets holds a maximum of two standard 80 gsm pages. It is also not ideal for users who need to frequently add, remove, or rearrange individual pages, since the clear pockets are permanently bound into the spine.

Key specifications

• Product colour: White
• Material: Polypropylene
• Pockets quantity: 20 bound clear pockets
• Capacity: Up to 40 A4 sheets (2 sheets per pocket, 80 gsm)

How to use

To use the display book, slide your standard A4 documents directly into the top opening of each clear pocket. Use a pen or marker to write the document category or project name on the spine label, making it easy to identify the contents when stored on a shelf or in a file box.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that the A4 paper size and 40-sheet total capacity meet your document storage requirements
• Consider whether bound pockets suit your workflow better than ring binder mechanisms
• Check compatibility with your existing desktop organization systems, such as letter trays and magazine files

Store the display book in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to prevent material degradation and maintain the clarity of the plastic pockets over time.
