Attach the mount to the desk using the clamp or grommet method appropriate for your surface, then fasten the monitor(s) using the compatible VESA plate. Adjust the arm height, tilt and swivel to position the screen(s) so the top of the display is at or slightly below eye level and the screen is about an arm’s length away.
