How to use

Open and secure the 13 sections according to the manufacturer's folding/unfolding mechanism and adjust the pole length to a comfortable height—typically with elbows at about 90 degrees when standing on level ground. Use the poles in rhythm with your steps to improve balance and reduce load on the lower limbs: plant the pole slightly ahead on ascents and descents to stabilise foot placement.
