LELO Beads™ Plus is a set of six weighted Kegel balls designed to strengthen the pelvic floor and help achieve longer, more intense orgasms. The balls are housed in a soft silicone connector; their internal weights produce a gentle motion when you move. How to use

With the cord outside the connector, insert the balls gently but firmly into the vagina so that the sphere nearest the entrance sits roughly 2 cm inside. Perform pelvic contractions and relaxations to create a training stimulus; to remove the beads, relax and pull the extraction cord slowly and gently.

Usage recommendations

Begin with the lightest weight and increase load progressively as pelvic muscle control improves. Clean before and after each use with mild soap and warm water or a toy cleaner, and store in a dry place.
