How to use

Before first use, fully charge the MIA™ 3 for up to 2 hours. If the interface is locked, press and hold both + and − buttons for 3 seconds to unlock. Press the + button briefly to switch the device on. Use a double click on either the + or − button to cycle through eight vibration modes. To switch off, press the − button briefly at level 1, or press and hold the − button at other levels. Clean before and after use following manufacturer guidelines and use a compatible lubricant if needed.

Usage recommendations
