Product information

Description

The Lenco DIR-70 Black is an internet radio that combines DAB+ and FM reception with wireless streaming and a compact 2.4" TFT-LCD display for station information and menu navigation. Designed for home and small-room use, it supports Bluetooth audio streaming from smartphones or tablets and includes a headphone jack for private listening. The black finish provides a neutral, unobtrusive appearance that fits a range of interior styles.

Advantages

The radio offers dual broadcast reception via DAB+ and FM, ensuring access to a wide selection of stations. Bluetooth connectivity enables wireless playback of music from external devices within an approximate 10 meter range. The 2.4-inch TFT-LCD display presents station names, track information and settings in a clear format, while the headphone output allows for private listening without disturbing others. Its compact form factor and straightforward controls make it easy to place and operate in kitchens, bedrooms or offices.

Suitable for

  • Listening to digital DAB+ and FM radio stations at home
  • Wireless streaming of music from a phone or tablet via Bluetooth
  • Private listening using wired headphones
  • Placement in small rooms such as kitchens, bedrooms, or home offices

Key specifications

  • Radio type: Internet radio with DAB+ and FM reception
  • Display: 2.4" TFT-LCD for station and menu information
  • Wireless: Bluetooth audio streaming with approximate 10 m range
  • Audio output: Headphone jack for private listening
  • Colour: Black

How to use

Place the radio on a stable surface and connect it to mains power. Use the menu and tuning controls shown on the 2.4" display to scan and store available DAB+ and FM stations. To stream music from a smartphone or tablet, enable Bluetooth on the source device and pair it with the radio following the on-screen pairing instructions. For private listening, plug wired headphones into the headphone jack; audio will route to the headphones automatically or via a dedicated control depending on the device settings.

Usage recommendations

Position the radio away from large metal objects and routers to reduce reception interference. For best Bluetooth performance, keep the paired device within the typical 10 meter line-of-sight range. Regularly scan for DAB+ stations after relocating the radio to capture local multiplex updates.
