Light4Me Lighting Bar IP BAR 12 IR is a compact infrared LED bar designed for applications that require discrete IR illumination. With 12 high-efficiency IR LEDs and a total power consumption of 12W, the unit delivers uniform infrared light suitable for cameras, night-vision equipment, theatrical effects and installations where visible light must be minimized. The IP-rated housing supports use in indoor and protected outdoor environments common in stage, surveillance and photographic setups.
The LED bar produces consistent infrared output with low heat generation and energy consumption. Its compact form factor allows easy mounting in constrained spaces and seamless integration into lighting rigs or surveillance mounts. The robust enclosure provides environmental protection, while the LED array ensures long operational life and minimal maintenance compared with traditional IR sources.
Mount the IR bar securely using compatible brackets or clamps on trusses, walls or camera rigs. Connect the unit to a suitable low-voltage power supply following local electrical regulations and ensure correct polarity. Aim the bar so the infrared output covers the camera sensors or target area. Adjust camera exposure and IR sensitivity settings to achieve the desired image result since IR output is invisible to the naked eye.
Install the lighting bar at a distance and angle that provide even coverage for the camera field of view. Do not expose the unit to direct water jets despite its IP protection; use additional weatherproofing for fully exposed outdoor installations. Regularly inspect mounting hardware and power connections and clean the enclosure with a dry or slightly damp cloth to maintain optimal IR transmission.
